By using this website or engaging Zevo IT for services, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

Zevo IT provides custom software development, mobile app development, cloud hosting, business IT support and ongoing application support services. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for each engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.

No Upfront Payment Commitment

Zevo IT operates on a build-first, pay-after model for setup fees. No payment is due until you have reviewed the completed work and confirmed your satisfaction. Monthly subscriptions commence only upon your explicit agreement following delivery.

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment for a project, the client receives full usage rights to the delivered software for its intended purpose. Zevo IT retains the right to use the project as a portfolio reference unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Zevo IT's liability in connection with any service is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
